• Sid Ali will create a draft in French by Mid-November and pass to all concerned

We will create a real "Team" within our organisation and use it to run a project.

• Nacer will try to do something within Resources Humaines to work on a renewal of something rather like the "PROMOS" project, in order to change Behaviours within Sonatrach.
• We will ALL review the issue again during Module 3, to see if there is anything else we should do.

We will obtain the Vision and Strategy of Sonatrach. Where is Sonatrach trying to get to? What are the performance measures? When is Sonatrach trying to achieve them?

We will present what we have learned here to Sonatrach, at the big Meetings and Seminars.

• Mostefa will assist with getting space on JST4
